Embargo® Viral Nucleic Acid Isolation Kit is designed for quick and reproducible isolation of viral nucleic acid from biological fluids. This is made possible by specially manufactured nanoscale magnetic beads with a unique surface coating that binds selectively to DNA/RNA in the extract.

The lysis buffer is designed to release the DNA/RNA from the cells while minimizing RNAase activity leading to high quality RNA that are devoid of contaminating proteins and other impurities.

The purified nucleic acids are ready for direct use in downstream applications such as amplification or other enzymatic reactions.
